Yoga Teacher – Ayurvedic Therapist
I was born in Bihar, India, and grew up in New Delhi, immersed in a culture deeply steeped in spirituality and ancient traditions. From a very young age, I felt the call of yoga as a path to balance and self-knowledge. I continued my studies at the Shimla Ashram in the Himalayan mountains, where I was trained in the practice of traditional Hatha Yoga .
Throughout my journey, I have explored different dimensions of yoga: pranayama , mudras , bandhas , mantras , meditation , Yoga Nidra , and the philosophy of yoga . I have also studied Ayurveda , with particular attention to the balance of the Tridoshas and the importance of diet and nutrition in overall well-being.
With over 16 years of experience as a teacher, I have had the privilege of teaching in various regions of India and meeting people from many different countries and cultures. These encounters have enriched my practice and allowed me to develop a simple, accessible, and beginner-friendly approach , while remaining true to the essence of traditional yoga.
Today I am happy to be able to share, with humility and joy, the benefits of yoga and ayurveda, inherited from my native culture.
Methods & tools used
My approach is based on transmitting a traditional, authentic, and accessible form of yoga , as it was taught to me in ashrams in India. I am careful to respect the pace, abilities, and needs of each student, creating a supportive space where everyone can progress at their own speed.
My classes are based on a comprehensive practice of Hatha Yoga , combining:
postures (asanas) to strengthen the body and develop flexibility,
Breathing exercises (pranayama) to calm the mind and balance energy,
Mudras and bandhas to activate and direct energy flows
moments of meditation and Yoga Nidra to anchor presence and deep relaxation,
mantras to harmonize inner vibrations.
My teaching method is simple and progressive, so that even beginners can feel comfortable and progress with confidence in their practice.
